Our bar is an all day high volume bar located in the center of Athens and it serves specialty coffee, comfort food and Our cocktails made with the best possible way in our prep room. Of course we focus a lot to our regulars and in general our vibe as a bar is more relaxed and comfort.

Coming to the covid-19 crisis, how did you react humanly, psychologically at the spread of the virus and the consequent lockdown?

In the beginning we were all nervous about how hard will be first of all for our health and secondary for our business and our employees. During the quarantine we arranged a lot of meetings in order to find the best solution for everyone and not to lose their jobs.
At the end we all try to stay positive and we promised we will do our best for our bar and in general for our industry.

When the re-opening will be announced in your country what you will concretely do? what action will you put into practice?

Government said bar with outdoor space will re open on 1st of June and bars with indoor space on July. We have a small space into the Clumsies which is like a yard so we will open it for limited
