Alin for many years I worked in Hospitality, first as a Barista in SeaContainer formerly Mondrian Hotel and then as Bartender in different places , so after knowing and learning all the knowledge and by attending journalism school i applied to be Telegraph contributors behind the scenes. I never loved be in front of the scenes what I really loved and I still LOVE so so much is Hospitality which is part of my life, always. Be around the Bar and server all the people it’s very a wonderful job. Bar fan and i love cocktails, my favorite? Bloody Mary because I come from southern Italy where we have the spicy 'Nduja, so I love sip this spicy cocktail with Tabasco
